You have a chance to make a refund to the initial payment source only. Rules below are to be followed strictly so that you could receive a repay correctly.

If your work has been revised after the deadline passed, then our Customer Experience Manager will recalculate the amount of the refund. The final decision will be built on the evaluation of your Order and the amount of the refund cannot exceed 50% of the price initially paid for the Order.
Note that the choice of compensation is not appropriate for:
- Multiple Choice Question and Problem Solving assignments, which means that if you use the answers provided by the writer than you approve your Order. Also you can get a partial credit if 50% of the answers provided by the writer are right. The level of credit will be decided by our Customer Experience Manager personally in each case;
- your Store Credit Balance;
- Any cases in which parts of the Quality Assurance believes that the services satisfied your initial instructions;

- Situations in which you have previously used the “Approve” option.
